Role & Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end IT infrastructure project delivery across multiple product teams in the Asia region, managing a portfolio of concurrent projects spanning cloud migration, cybersecurity, system modernization, and divestiture.

• Currently leading the migration of legacy on-premises Citrix users to a cloud-based Citrix environment hosted on Microsoft Azure, encompassing environment design, user migration planning, testing, and phased rollout.
• Managed project scoping, proposal creation, and delivery for IT infrastructure demands across Workplace, Network, Cloud, Cyber Defense, Distributed & Mainframe, and Emerging Technologies teams.
• Delivered comprehensive stakeholder reporting including RAG status, risks, issues, milestones, and next steps. Led project governance through PSC meetings and monthly stakeholder calls.
• Proactively identified and mitigated project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and objectives across all active projects.
• Oversaw change management planning and execution in alignment with organizational processes, ensuring smooth project closures and transitions to BAU.
