Role & Responsibilities

Reported to the Head of Engineering Department at this plant.

• Planned and managed installation of new machines and systems, including systematic data collection and analysis for newly installed equipment.
• Involved in a plant renovation and plant relocation project — production line relocation, lab relocation, and associated civil works.
• Handled project cost negotiation with vendors.
• Machine structure design, piping design, and system design; machine parts design and modification to suit changing requirements.
• Worked under several quality management standards: OHSAS Management, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/TS 16949.
