Role & Responsibilities
Reported to the Technical Development Manager in a training & programme development role covering the Oil & Gas, Automotive, and Heavy Equipment and Manufacturing divisions.
- Developed training modules for the Oil & Gas and Heavy Equipment divisions, covering project management, scheduling, and documentation.
- Conducted training for new engineers.
- Coordinated with international training providers on certification programs for UMW employees.
- Managed and scheduled the overall training plan.
